Working and serving with kids and teens at CityView is not a right; it’s a privilege. So CityView has a pathway to prevent and respond to abuse; CityView has a robust screening process, training in abuse prevention and mandatory reporting, policies and procedures for working with and protecting children, and a process for reporting a reasonable belief of abuse that EVERYONE must complete and understand before working and serving with kids and teens. CityView also has policies and to care for victims of abuse.
